About Kenneth DeRoche

Massachusetts resident Kenneth DeRoche is a service manager at CVI who oversees a team of technicians and monitors the training and productivity of first-shift field personnel. Managing projects and assuring consistent quality, Kenneth DeRoche is active with the company’s safety committee.

As a City of Lowell police officer from 1998 to 2008, Mr. DeRoche was tasked with protecting property and lives. Responsible for community oriented policing, he handled diverse criminal and traffic investigations. He also subdued a suspect wielding a knife in 2002, earning the city’s Employee of the Year award the following year and receiving the “Key to the City.”

Mr. DeRoche’s background extends to seven years in the U.S. Navy as a plane captain and aviation electrician. In this role he ensured proper maintenance of F/A-18 C aircraft, while also providing pilots with aircraft launch support. Among his achievements was Commendation for First Responded Firefighter on Flight Deck Fire while on board the USS Nimitz CVN 68.

A criminal justice graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Kenneth DeRoche excelled on the gridiron as captain of the varsity football team.
